TSR_SmartTitle

Big upgrade of the previous draft, formely released as TSR_TitleMusic.

• It now includes commands to change the title screen background 1 and background 2.
• Instead of persistently save the settings, the settings are now stored in the game files.
• the title screen will play the music and show the backgrounds from the last saved game.
